Rick_427,
Currently running Pectel SQ6 in a2005 Dodge Viper twin turbo. The car was built to run E85 fuel.
It is currently running 93 fuel.
I would like to have the car set up to run E85 again. Not sure what steps are needed to get the car back to run E85.
For example do I need someone with Pectel software to be able to get into the ECU. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. Not sure if I'm posting in the proper category.

Hi Rick,

You will need a copy of CalTool or DescPro depending on code version (calibration software), the associated meta file and personality as well as Ethernet connection to the ECU.

Feel free to drop me a PM if you require further help, but you can find the downloads for the software here -  http://support.cosworth.com/post/latest-software-release-announcements-and-downloads-for-pi-caltool-9610496?pid=1306549831

The SQ6 can hold 4 fuel maps so you can keep you 93 octane one, and populate one of the spares with your E85 map, and switch between the two with a Cal pot.

Rick_427,
Thanks for the reply. This is all new to me.
I need to down load a copy of Cal tool
or Desc pro. To a laptop. Which then the laptop and Ethernet cable connected to the ECU. Then Cal tool software will be able to read the ECU.
Thanks.
