Hi, i would like to create a channel that displays, for example the value of FL brake temperature, right where it crosses the beacon, and which the value would stay unchanged until the next beacon triggered, where it would get reupdated.

Is there any math channel i can use to achieve this?

Below is Maths for  ECT.. you may need to choose which channel you use for the beacon and the >value. this will give the value at the END of the beacon channel being active, the higher the >value the shorter the beacon active time.

register @a1;
@a1 = choose([lap_beacon]>100, [ECT], @a1 );
@a1

Problem is you can't set Quantity to Temperature because the Beacon channel is User Defined so Quantity will need to be User Defined (NOTE if you set Quantity to Temperature the maths will return correct but you won't see the channel). In the Units box in top right corner of the Maths box Manually type in °C (F)     Deg symbol Numock  then Alt+0176

Hi again.. I think this is a more useful channel.. this is max ECT per lap.. reset on beacon..
register @a1;
register @a2;
register @a3;
@a1 = choose([ECT]>@a1, [ECT], choose(@a2>0, [ECT], @a1));
@a2= choose([lapNumber]>@a3,1,0);
@a3= [lapNumber];
@a1

Mistake in first message, to enter the degree symbol you cannot in the box indicated, you will need to close maths popup and go to Channel Properties, then select the maths channel you generate and change in Units..

Cheers
