I have a bunch of signals with different sampling rates that I would like to resample to 100Hz and export to Matlab. When I right click under time/distance, select export and set sampling rate to 100Hz for .mat export everything goes ok. Except that when I plot resampled signals in Matlab they appear to be distorted.

The example attached presents a signal resampled from 10Hz to 100Hz (red) by Pi Toolbox. The same signal exported with native rate and resampled in Matlab (blue) has no error. Also, Pi Toolbox's resampled and exported signal has length that is _not a multiple of 10_ in this case. Is there an error in the resampling algorithm of Pi Toolbox or should I do the export & resample in a different way?

If you go to those points in the actual export, does it show the humps and dips in the actual exported data from Toolbox?

This would determine whether the software is outputting the correct information for the next software package to import.

Hi Mark. The attached image is plotted by using the actual exported .mat file. Thus, the values are the ones exported by Pi Toolset, if that was what you meant to check.

Since I never had such problems in exports without resampling, the issue must be somehow related to Pi Toolbox's resampling process.
