Hi everybody,
I'm using PI on a Porsche Cup 991.In PI Toolset, I can see 2 devices, ISP32 (ECU) and ICD (Dashboard/Datalogger).

I would like to download the data from ICD because I need all the sensors and the accelerometer datas.
But when I go in Toolset after a drive, even if the ICD is activated and I can see "Idle", I can't see any logged data. There are only data logged in IPS 32.

How can I extract data from ICD ?

Thanks in advance

Click on the box that shows your dash is idle, this will highlight the box, then you need to activate the device..
Then in the top left cornet you will see a tick and Activate.. click on this tick to activate the current device..  there is a screenshot attachment..

Cheers..

PS.. IPS32 is the Power Control System not ECU..   IT should also have logging of the system controls, current etc..

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.
I've already clicked on Activate. It says "offloading" but no data is logged and my settings says no automatic offloading.
In ICD, I have only 1 file from 2016 (see below).

OK, can you get the setup out of the ICD and check the logging configuration..   There can be a few things.
1. No logging configuration.  (I doubt that)
2. One of the requirements for logging is not met.. This is usually car moving, or a channel called moving. (Depends on who wrote the setup) In that case there could be a problem with wheel speeds. Saying that, you would usually get a log for Engine. I guess you have RPM on the dash.... Without knowing the System Status setup that is difficult to diagnose.
3. Incorrect version of Toolset. Are you using Toolset supplied from Porsche or download from the web? I know Porsche cup cars are specific to certain versions of Toolset. If you don't have Toolset from Porsche, please contact them to get the correct one.
4. Issue with ICD. If none of the above apply then this is probably the issue, the logging chip had an issue on earlier ICD's. This case the device needs to go back to Cosworth. I don't know how this is handled with Porsche cup cars, you may need to contact Porsche to do this.
Cheers
