I've been using this great app for almost two years with my Corvette C7. I haven't used it over the Winter, but just tried again after I went to the track and mp4 files now crash the app. So do all the files that used to work with the app. The Toolbox loads and starts just fine, but attempting to open any file makes it "stop working" and close.

I've seen some posts in Chevy forums that this is not uncommon and may be caused by codec or other conflict but I've no idea how to resolve this without your help. Chevy passed the buck to Cosworth, of course.

I'm using Version 1.3 (Build 213 - Service Release 3)  on Windows10.

Can anyone help me?

The Windows 10 Update that installed today has fixed this problem! The notes on this update indicated that Microsoft made a fix that caused some 3rd party apps that use Windows Mpeg-2 to crash. They were right. All good now!
