I guess this is a SQ6M? Have you set the IP of the laptop, 172.16.255.12   subnet 255.255.0.0 (Attached).. Have you let Caltool through windows firewall (or disabled the firewall) Disable any non windows anti-virus (McAfee etc)   Have you activated a 2025 Personality? Have you enabled Comms (F11 or in File, Detect Devices), Do you have a metafile or a Dataset (Calibration file) from the ECU with this version of firmware?  Send a screenshot of the bottom right corner of Caltool while you are trying to connect. Do you have a metafile or a Dataset (Calibration file) from the ECU with this version of firmware?

Yes it is a SQ6M, i have set the ip and subnet now, i have turned off the firewall. The detect devices is activated, we are missing the .cds and .cmf files. I have activated personality 2025?

https://www.dropbox.com/t/pTqVgfdCFW5X9Cst   Download the personality from here and copy it into Pi Research\Caltool\Personalities folder then double click on that personality file to enable it, you will get a popup box that informs you it is activated. Then open Caltool.  When you connect if you have no connection after a few seconds press the F11 key, wait a few seconds then press the F11 key again to reactivate the Online editing.  you will get a red bar across the top and the information of what device and firmware is connected in the bottom right corner. Send me a screenshot of this and I will send you a metafile..
