I was wondering, is there any way to export the raw data from the PDR system? I'm wanting to look at all available raw data in a table format if that's possible, but I wasn't sure if there was an easy way to extract that metadata from the MP4 or if there was an export function built into the Cosworth Toolbox software that I missed.

If you get Pi Toolbox you can right-click on an outing and select export.  It then has a wizard that walks you through selecting channels, laps, and output format.  It can export to txt, xls, matlab, or pds formats.  I wish they had a way to define a template for which channels or a "select all" option though as it's tedious to click through all the channels to export.

There is also an API you can use to access the data directly but it costs money and of course you need to be able to write code.

Is there a license you have to pay for to use the full version of Pi Toolbox? I got a message asking for a dongle when I first started it, and right now it only lets me export to .pds files, which is the only format in your list that I don't know how to read or import haha.

Which version do you have?  Versions prior to v9 required a dongle for Pro features but not for Lite.  With v9 it gets more complicated with Lite, Plus, Pro, and Ultra versions with the option for a per device license, dongle license, or floating server based-license.

I picked up 7.3 from the link on the Pi Toolbox section on this forum here, so I am running the lite version without a license. In order to export to the .txt, .xls, or Matlab formats, will a different software version let me do it for free? Or, would I need to purchase a license?

I don't know for certain about 7.3 but I just looked at the feature matrix they sent me for v9 and it looks like export to xls requires Plus and export to txt or matlab requires Pro version.  I suspect that with 7.3 it would require a Pro license+dongle which I doubt they are selling any more.
