Am setting up a new machine (cloned from a previous windows image) and trying to install a new Toolbox license and now install updated Toolbox version. However, I'm finding the certificate is expired for download.cosworth.com.

Prior to trying to download the new version, I kept getting 'failed to connect to license server' in the Licensing Configuration Tool when applying a new lite license. Are these problems related?
